If you have been reading the blog for any time its needless to say I am a fan of Jen Wilder, the designer behind Cult of California. She has a vision for women and is an advocate for inclusion, fashion, and quality. Cult of California (CoCa) is a concept brand that includes straight and plus sizing. Don’t worry that doesn’t mean sizes stop at 20, sizes range from size 8-30.
Made in the U.S.A and manufactured in Los Angeles, CoCa is fueling the local economy from sourcing to distribution and uses high quality performance fabrics. Fusing fitness wear, club wear and wearable fashion CoCa is making a cult member out of me. Recently (February 25th) Wilder spoke about the concept behind the brand, plus fashion and the industry on Plus Model Radio, you can listen to the podcast here.
One of the things that I love most about CoCa is the presence of conceptual and editorial art that is often missing in plus size branding. Here are some more gorgeous images from the Cult of California Lookbook for Spring! Photography by Nichole Alex courtesy of Cult of California.

that space/cosmic dress is amazing! I love the styling on these too. And that kind of inclusive sizing is totally what I’m on board with. The whole sizing segregation is a particular ax I have to grind- constantly.
Indeed doll!
